September 5--Leave Goshen for Chicago
September 6--Fly from Chicago to Miami to Guayaquil, Ecuador
----We will stay here a few days with a host family to register our visas.
September 9ish--Fly from Guayaquil to San Cristóbal in the Galápagos Islands
----We will stay here for 4 months, with a host family, teaching music to children and working in an animal sanctuary.
January 9ish--Leave San Cristóbal for Lima, Perú
----We will be here for 5ish months. We have no plans set yet but we have good options including: participating in the international Suzuki festival in Lima; teaching music to children in La Selva Central (a region east of Lima where the mountains and the rainforest meet); teaching music at La Promesa (a Mennonite school in the mountains near Cusco).
May 28ish--Return to Ecuador for our last month
----Here we will visit the Ross Richer family in the Amazon region.
June 28ish--Leave Ecuador for Los Estados Unidos
