Kayaking (Magdalena)

On Saturday morning we four went kayaking. We got to the rental place after 9 and we got the kayaks. The guy there told us that we only needed to pay $10 per kayak per hour instead of $15 because we have been here so long, and are volunteers. Once we were out on the water we didn't really know where to go because if you leave the bay the ocean gets rough. So we went to the one end of the bay and then came back and went to the other end. We saw probably 10 blue footed boobies near the end of the bay and then we started to get sucked out and had to work really hard to get back. Then we went to the middle of the bay again and then it had been a little over an hour and we paddled to one of the beaches and got out. When we were getting out of the kayaks the waves splashed our backs a lot. After we returned the kayaks and such, we went downtown and got popsicles.
